Thank you in advance for reviewing the Bill S-5 submission by JustEarth regarding the Canadian Environmental Protection Act. We are an environmental NGO, based in Toronto, a member of Climate Action Network. We seek positive action on both environmental health and safety and climate change founded on the highest ethical principles, rigorous, evidence-based decision-making and transparency and accountability.
